If you have a complaint please contact the NAS Customer Service Officer on (08)9480 8900 or put your complaint in writing and send it to NAS Insurance Broker's address noted on the Contact Us page. We will attempt to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.

If the complaint can't be resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to refer the matter to Insurance Brokers Disputes Ltd. They can be contacted on (1800)064169.
