NAS Compliance System
NAS Insurance Brokers is fostering a culture of compliance with a legal compliance system. This ensures that our own organisational capacities, processes and practices, and those of the insurance advisers operating as Authorised Representatives of NAS Insurance Brokers, meet the standards of the General Insurance Brokers' Code of Practice as well as the requirements of the FSRA and other relevant regulations. The NAS Insurance Brokers legal compliance system has been developed in accordance with AS 3806-1998, the Australian Standard for Compliance Programs. Adoption of an effective and genuine management system for compliance, as well as a culture of compliance, has the full support of the NAS Board of Directors and the management team. |
