When you email the helpdesk, there are some things you can do to help us.
  • Send us your user login and contact details.
  • Send us a complete copy of any error messages. If you do receive an error message, sending a description or screenshot will help us in finding the source of the problem.
  • Send us any relevant invoice numbers or client codes.
