When you email the helpdesk, there are some things you can do to help us.
  • Send us a complete copy of any error messages you receive with a full description of the processing steps that resulted in the error.
  • Any screenshots will also help us in finding the source of the problem.
  • Send us any relevant invoice numbers or client codes.
