Please visit our Requirements page to verify your PC has the specifications needed to run FINNAS.

If you have problems accessing FINNAS, the System Tests page will help identify them.

Some configuration of your browser will be required for your PC to run FINNAS.  If it is the first time you have used FINNAS on your PC, please visit the Installation page to go through the installation steps.

When you email the IT help desk, please send us:

  • Any error messages you receive with a full description of the processing steps that resulted in the error.
  • Screenshots that may help us find the source of the problem.
  • Relevant invoice numbers or client codes.
